Yes. Every restaurant gets a free website on a Jibuolly sub-domain (for example kittysnacks76.jibuolly.com) with:

  • About, Menu, Features, Gallery and Contact sections
  • Up to 6 dishes during initial setup (you can add more later with the Editor upgrade)
  • Veg / non-veg filters, dish categories and prices
  • WhatsApp based ordering from customers
  • Mobile-first layout that works well on slow connections

The free sub-domain does not expire. You can keep using it as long as you like without any mandatory upgrade.

Right now, sites are generated automatically but the email with your site link can take a short time depending on queue. In most cases you should receive it within a few minutes.

If you don’t see the email within 15 minutes:

  • Check your spam / promotions folder
  • Search for support@jibuolly.com in your mailbox
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address on the form

If still not received, you can email us from the same address you used on the form and mention your restaurant name so we can look it up.

The Editor upgrade unlocks a secure link that lets you update your site content yourself without writing any code.

Typical things you can change:

  • Add or edit dishes, prices and categories
  • Turn dishes on / off when out of stock
  • Update contact details, address and timing
  • Refresh photos in the gallery

The editor link is unique to your site and is emailed only to you. Keep it privately bookmarked – anyone with this link can edit your content.

For security reasons we do not show the editor link directly on the public site. If you lose it:

  • Search your inbox for older emails from support@jibuolly.com
  • Look for an email mentioning “Editor access is now active for this site”

If you still cannot find it, email us from your registered email address along with your restaurant name and site link. We will verify the ownership and then resend a fresh link.

There are two ways to get a custom domain connected to your site:

  1. Option A — Jibuolly buys domain for you
    You share a list of preferred domain names. Our system checks availability and, after a manual safety review, we buy and configure the domain for you. We manage DNS, SSL and routing inside our system. Only one purchase is allowed per site for safety.
  2. Option B — You already own the domain
    You give us your existing domain and current registrar. We send you the Cloudflare nameserver details and a simple guide to update them at your registrar. Once we see that the nameservers are pointing correctly, we onboard the domain inside Jibuolly, configure DNS and SSL, and then your domain goes live.

In both cases, your original free sub-domain remains active as a backup.

After your domain is correctly connected and the nameserver / DNS changes are complete, there is a separate step where the SSL certificate for your domain is issued and activated. This can take some time depending on DNS propagation and the certificate authority.

Typical reasons you may briefly see SSL errors:

  • Your nameserver or DNS change has not yet reached all locations worldwide
  • The certificate authority is still validating your domain
  • Old DNS records with previous providers are conflicting with the new setup

In most cases this resolves automatically after DNS fully propagates. If the warning remains for several hours, contact us with your domain name so we can check the exact status from our side. We send the “Domain Live” email only after we verify your domain is reachable on HTTPS.

The Download App button triggers an “install website” experience on supported devices (similar to adding an app to the home screen, powered by modern browser features).

Key points:

  • No separate app store listing is required
  • Customers get a full-screen shortcut with your icon and brand color
  • The site works offline for important pages using smart caching

This is an optional paid upgrade. Once enabled, the button appears on your restaurant site automatically.

Priority support gives you access to a dedicated WhatsApp line with faster response time and guided help for:

  • Urgent corrections (wrong price, timing, contact number etc.)
  • Menu structure suggestions (categories, grouping)
  • Domain-related questions once you have requested a custom domain

It does not include custom design or deep rebranding work. Those can be discussed separately if needed.

Payments for upgrades are processed through Razorpay using secure, industry-standard checkout. You can pay using cards, UPI or netbanking as supported by Razorpay.

After a successful payment:

  • Razorpay shows an on-screen confirmation for your payment
  • Our system receives a secure webhook and updates your site features
  • You receive an email from us summarising the features that have been enabled

If you need a formal invoice, reply to that email with your billing details (legal name, address and GST number if applicable).

Jibuolly sites are designed to load quickly even on average mobile connections. We use a modern stack around Cloudflare Pages, Workers and KV storage to:

  • Serve content from data centres close to your customers
  • Minimize heavy scripts and unnecessary animations
  • Cache repeated visits efficiently

For you as a restaurant owner, there is no server to maintain and no hosting configuration to manage.

In most cases the page will still load text and core sections even on slower networks, but some dish icons or images may load slightly later as the browser completes downloads or as offline caching kicks in.

Try these quick checks:

  • Refresh the page once with a stable data connection
  • Check from a different device / browser
  • Ensure you are not in data-saver mode that blocks images

If a specific dish image is permanently wrong or missing, take a screenshot and email it to us. We will review the icon mapping for that dish name.

This usually means that the DNS change or SSL activation for your custom domain is still in progress. We send the “Domain Live” email only after we verify your domain is reachable on HTTPS.

To help us debug quickly, please share:

  • Your custom domain (for example, www.example.com)
  • Your restaurant slug link (for example, myhotel.jibuolly.com)
  • A quick note on when you changed the DNS in your registrar
